Hong Kong Talent Engage online platform
The Hong Kong Talent Engage online platform provides one-stop electronic services for talents from around the world. The online platform enables talents to obtain information on the various talent admission schemes and submit applications more easily. After entering the landing page, users can browse all kinds of practical information, including Hong Kong's advantages and development opportunities, details of the various talent admission schemes, as well as information on the necessities of living in Hong Kong.

Higher Education Employment Information e-Platform
To strengthen employment support for persons with higher education, particularly Hong Kong students who were educated in tertiary institutes outside Hong Kong, the second generation of Hong Kong emigrants who are interested in working in Hong Kong, as well as persons from overseas with higher academic/professional qualifications, the Hong Kong Labour Department launched the dedicated employment information e-platform named "Higher Education Employment Information e-Platform". This e-platform aims to enhance their understanding of the Hong Kong employment market as well as search and apply for suitable job openings through the new dedicated webpage. Job seekers who are degree holders are welcomed to use this e-platform.

Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals
The objective of the Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals is to attract qualified Mainland talents and professionals to work in Hong Kong in order to meet local manpower needs and enhance Hong Kong's competitiveness in the global market. The Mainland talents and professionals must possess professional knowledge and skills that are not readily available or in shortage locally. Admitted talents and professionals must be able to contribute to the operation of the firms and sectors concerned with a view to facilitating the economic development of Hong Kong. The Scheme also caters for the entry of talents and professionals in the arts, culture and sports sectors as well as those in the culinary profession so as to enhance Hong Kong's status as Asia's world city.

Technology Talent Admission Scheme
The Technology Talent Admission Scheme provides a fast-track arrangement for eligible companies to admit non-local technology talent to undertake research and development work for them in the HKSAR. Eligible companies would first have to apply for a quota. A company allotted with a quota by the Innovation and Technology Commission can accordingly sponsor an eligible person to apply for an employment visa/entry permit.

Quality Migrant Admission Scheme
The QMAS seeks to attract highly skilled or talented persons to settle in Hong Kong in order to enhance Hong Kong's economic competitiveness. Successful applicants are not required to have secured an offer of local employment before their entry to Hong Kong for settlement.

Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS)
Immigration Arrangements for Non-Local Graduates
Applicants who are/were non-local students and have obtained an undergraduate or higher qualification in a full-time and locally-accredited programme in Hong Kong (hereafter "non-local graduates") may apply to stay/return and work in the HKSAR under the Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates (IANG).
Persons who have obtained an undergraduate or higher qualification in a full-time programme offered by a higher education institution in the Mainland cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area jointly established by universities of the Mainland and Hong Kong in accordance with the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools (hereafter "GBA campus graduates") may also apply to come and work in the HKSAR under the IANG.
The IANG is quota-free and non-sector specific.
Non-local / GBA campus graduates who submit applications to the Immigration Department within six months after the date of their graduation (i.e. the date shown on their graduation certificates) are classified as non-local / GBA campus recent graduates. Non-local / GBA campus graduates who submit applications beyond six months of the date of their graduation are classified as non-local / GBA campus non-recent graduates.
Non-local / GBA campus recent graduates who wish to apply to stay / come and work in the HKSAR are not required to secure an offer of employment upon application. They may be granted 24 months' stay on time limitation without other conditions of stay provided that normal immigration requirements are met. Non-local / GBA campus recent graduates who have not yet obtained their graduation certificate could apply to stay / come and work in the HKSAR by producing proof from the institution confirming that they have graduated.
Non-local / GBA campus non-recent graduates who wish to return / come to work in the HKSAR are required to secure an offer of employment upon application. The applications will be favourably considered so long as the job is at a level commonly taken up by degree holders and the remuneration package is set at market level. They may be granted 24 months' stay on time limitation without other conditions of stay provided that normal immigration requirements are met.
